18 Days Since Dubai… and Grateful for the Lessons

It’s already been 18 days since I returned from my short vacation in Dubai, and I’m still so thankful for the memories made. The trip was refreshing, exciting, and filled with moments that reminded me how beautiful life can be when you step away for a while.

But coming back taught me a different kind of lesson.

Instead of being met with happiness from some family members or close ones, I was faced with silence, jealousy, and even comments like, “You’re wasting money,”—as if it was theirs to begin with. That kind of negativity could’ve easily dimmed my joy… but it didn’t.

Because the most unexpected people—strangers, customers, and true friends—were the ones who smiled, cheered me on, asked about the trip, and even said, “Wishing you more travels ahead,” and “God bless you.” That genuine love touched me deeply.

It reminded me of a powerful truth:
Sometimes, it’s the people you least expect who wish you well… and the ones you call your own who secretly wish your downfall.

But guess what? That’s okay.

Because at the end of the day, if you have dreams, and you believe in God and in yourself—you will achieve them. Whether people love it or not, support you or not, what truly matters is your peace and happiness—not their opinions, not their jealousy.

So keep moving, keep dreaming, and keep trusting God. Your story is yours to write—not theirs to approve.

God bless you and remember "The best is yet to come!"
