Finding Strength in Faith: Overcoming Negativity

Because sometimes, I am just not strong enough to take the negativity. If it's too much to bear, even if there are words of comfort to console me, those are not enough to make me feel better. Why? For I get weak, too. I am just being a human.

But in these moments of weakness, I remember the words of the Lord:

  • "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." - Philippians 4:13
  • "The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in Him, and He helps me." - Psalm 28:7
  • "But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint." - Isaiah 40:31

When negativity overwhelms me, I turn to God for strength. His promises give me hope and renew my spirit. Even in my weakest moments, His power is made perfect in my weakness.

  • "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." - 2 Corinthians 12:9

Let us remember to lean on God's everlasting strength and find peace in His unchanging love.

We earn more than our fathers ever did but we don't live richer lives. We are more educated than our fathers but we don't make wiser life choices. We travel faster and further than our fathers ever did but we know less about life. We have more technological devices than our fathers had but we don't stay more connected to our family and close ones.
